Selling your Home

My goal is to work with you to sell your home as quickly as possible and for the best possible price. Letting the largest group of potential buyers know about your home is critical to achieving that goal.

Here are the steps I use to make the selling process as efficient and free of stress as possible.

1. Getting your home 'ready for market'
I'll meet with you to evaluate your home and to review a comparative market analysis for your home and neighborhood. I may recommend some improvements to enhance the sales value and appeal of your home. For example, taking care of small repairs - a sticking door, a dripping faucet - will increase the salability of your home.

We will also discuss various options for representation. I will explain each option carefully and give you the paperwork to review.

2. Reviewing and confirming sales strategies
After the listing paperwork is completed, we will meet again to discuss how best to market your home to potential buyers.

3. Marketing your home and managing buyer inquiries
I will save you time by pre-screening buyers and coordinating all home showings. Each time there is a showing, I'll give you feedback, so you will always know what progress has been made. I also track internet traffic to the websites that list your home, and can provide you weekly reports.

4. Receiving offers on your home - negotiating and closing the sale
I will help coordinate the various steps of negotiating and accepting an offer and then completing the sale of your home. This extra assistance - and close attention to time-sensitive issues - can make the process move forward smoothly.

5. Following up after the sale
After the closing, I will contact you to learn how you are doing and if you need anything further. Customer service and customer satisfaction drive my business.
